I tried to get as many quotes to back the major points as possible, hopefully I didn't mishear anything.

Torchlight 2 port to XBOX 360:
- "I would love to play it on the Xbox, but I don't think it's in us to make it"

Also it is mentioned that controller support for the PC version would imply a total UI redesign and rethinking a lot of the skills present in the game.

- "Even on Torchlight 1, even using a joystick, some of the skills were just unusable"

- "It would have been much easier to start with that as an assumption [controller support/console port] and it was just never something we were ever focused on"


Torchlight 2 Mod tools aka GUTS:
- "We are working on modding, obviously, it's our goal to get the mod kit out as soon as humanly possible. We got that all working nicely for singleplayer now at this point. (...) The focus right now is on multiplayer honestly and making it really obvious how to connect to other people who are using the same mods you do and really streamlining that process and take care of the Steamworks publishing and making the compiling of your mods a bit more feature rich than it really is [at the moment]."

Torchlight 2 upcoming Free DLC as patch:
- "We are finishing up some extra free content for Torchlight 2 that we are gonna release early in the next year: some levels and items and goodies and stuff; and all of that will be just patched in"

This is not to be confused with the just released free dlc, they mention both during the podcast, so we can really expect some free stuff soon :)
