Fixed bug regarding lagging when typing or filtering for items on steam trade offer (Thanks Jaytee!)

Due to some changes on backpack.tf, some features for backpack weren't working.

- Outpost now has a 'get bp price' button that would find the backpack prices for the items on outpost.
Currently on beta so this script does not work for all the items. Planning to fix the implementation to make it work for all items and be more efficient.
(May plan to remove the button alltogether so the users can see bp prices right away)

The other thing I should mention is I don't think I did a good job explaining what the key/ref adding 'feature' does on the steam trade offer page. There are 2 input fields on the steam trade offer page. One for 'key' and the other is 'ref' that you can fill in.
What do these do exactly? Use it to bulk add keys or refs without needing to individually add them 1 at a time. For instance, if you want to add 15 keys, just add 15 on the input and once you click 'add', it'll add 15 keys for you.
This feature is also integrated with backpack.tf. If you see an item that you like (let's say The Bruiser's Bandanna) and the buyout is 17.55 ref. once you click the trade offer, the field will automatically add 17.55 ref so all you need to do is click add and it'll add the refs for you. Neat right?
Same thing happens when you want to sell an item and the buyer advertises for 16.77 ref. The field will automatically have 16.77 ref so all you need to do is click 'add'.
