who built GMod tower? (in game not devs)

I'm having huge issues all of a sudden. The game keeps telling me the GMod Tower addon is causing issues, I can't play mini games, I can't change my suite, heck I can't even see how much money I have. It's fine for some people apparently, but totally screwed for me. What's up?
