In theory no, FSX aircraft will not work from V4.x onward because P3D is 64-bit.

yes
probably, use:
http://simviation.com/
for payware aircrafts, idk
and I am use to FSX will this be a better upgrade for me?
and can my old aircrafts play on P3D ?
In fact I'm replacing X-Plane 10 with P3D v3.2 thanks to me seemingly needing less resources to still have decent framerates compared with XP10.
Unlike V2.x I can run all the setting on max, in a city, during a thunderstorm and maintain 30 fps. I couldn't get anywhere near that kind of performace before. But try it for yourself, and leave a comment if you got gains.
Taking off from YMAV to YMML and YMEN via Melbourne City. Vanilla Perpar3d V2.3 scenery with add-on airports.
