some tasks are unable to be completed such as aligning delineators or securing sign base as the key bindings don't work left or right keys don't do anything or mouse to look around when securing sign base doesn't do anything won't allow me to rotate them using mouse and keyboard...

so im quite new to the game and ive been trying to do the task ''Road construction: Blockade'' and i cant place the sign in the barriers??

Is it a bug that the time remains at 09:35 when you use the tablet? Also when you save a game and return to it the job that you was doing gets reset and you have to start it again.
