i just bought this game and it looks like my game is freezing up on me and i have to quit and rejoin. anyone else having this problem?

I just bought this game, i played the superscout demo before and it apparently carried over, i wanted to start over, how can i delete the save data?

is it just me or does someone else have the problem of not getting this? i'm kinda stuck with the "catching the hearts" prompt. in the first dreaming sequenz i get just on prompt and in the second i got nothing. weird. i tried getting the most affinity with ye shu till this point but it seems the game won't let me even dreaming about marrying her lmao...
