In any case when you experience a crash we need data about the hardware involved (dxdiag.txt on PC please) and all files from the "My Docs\Unwritten Tales - Critter Chronicles" folder.

everytime when i start the game at this point it crashes with the next move. I am at the point where critter needs to attach a rope to something, but i can´t get further. does somebody have a save file after this or a solution?

Just tried to start this game, but it shows that there is a virus and exe file gets deleted. Im using McAffee on this computer. Anyone else had this issue? Honestly, I neer had this with any other game before and I do play quite a lot ;-)

At chapter 2, when you have to save Nate from the yeti/scientist, the game crashes in a few seconds after I have placed the salt shaker on the scales. Any solutions? I have tried it now three times and it crashes everytime. Please help, I loved the original game and I'd like to play this one too....

I exitted a game at the point in Chapter 4 where Nate is being chased by the Orc bounty hunter around the fountain. Attempts to continue that game result in a crash. That must be a bad spot to exit the game. I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit on a quad core 3.6Ghz Athlon with 12Gig memory and an Nvidia 660 GPU and Intel HDA sound in case the system specs are of any help....
