Has anyone found all 6 memories yet? I've been struggling to find the final one.

I just ruined my progress by a checkpoint out of bounds. I attempted a jump near the Onyx Observatory and fell through the floor. After dieing, the game placed me back - but the second time, it respawned me BELOW the death plane. And SAVED. Now, when I reload the save, I spawn into an endless fall....

I've found every memory and mural pieces but there's still a journal missing, is there any place that is easy to miss??

I need help and I don't know how to contact the developers to fix this problem. I was playing and got to the area "Dead Corner" I swung across the traverse after going up the steps, read the memory and then got myself stuck in a hole coming back. Managed to get myself out by resetting my save by going back to main menu. That's fine. But I thought I had to re-get the memory so I went to swing back across and i fell going through the map, now when I try to continue I just seem to load in this glitch where I'...

I explored all map, found all, i got 13/13 but still i didnt get a completion award badge, nor i see the game in my perfect games. why?
