Vampires' Melody... what can i say, if not one of the best thing i have played in a hot minute.

It's definitely like that one comfort food (not junk food) that is warm to the heart, fulfilling and satisfying, also remind you to take a step back, relax and rethink about life. It isn't the greatest thing around but it has done the job well.

Yella is your very own typical rich, arrogant lady but has a cute side and cares for her loved one with all of her heart. She is the type of a girl who is rough on the outside but warm and caring in the inside, too much that to an extent that she is stubborn, shoulders every hardship and pain all by herself, the one type of girl that you wanted to help, to share the pain and to protect, endure with her to the end of life. She is predictable with a simple personality at times but not badly written, definitely why she is very lovable throughout the whole game.

My only issues is the uneven pacing, it's consist of many genre but it's not the strongest suit of the game, rather than having a full chain from the beginning to end, the game is telling a bunch of small stories that can be unconsistent in emotions and incoherent in some parts.

However, i can't recommend this enough, it's a charming and heartwarming VN that will give you what you need to escape from the busy daily lives. 9,5/10
