Q: My artwork is below 10 MB but when I try upload it the file is too large. Why?
A: The actual size limit is around 7.5 MB.

Q: How do I make my animated artwork have a smaller file size?
A: Try using a smaller color palette. Less colors results in a smaller file while keeping quality.
