If you open the map in the menu when you are under the lights, it tells you where are you facing. This make it super easy

I need to say thanks you, Ssenkrad! I absolutely couldn't figure it out. Turns out, theres a freaking setting in the games own menu that makes this level impossible to beat. It's the behavior of the back arrow. I had it set to turn around quickly. I had to reset it to move back, because I couldn't do it otherwise.

2 squares from your position there is a pathway with a huge seed you missed it , the teleporter is row 6 column 6 it get you there

If you are under the "lights" and then pull the map up it show were you facing.

There are "lights" on this level which will spin you around in circles, trying to make it difficult to move forward. The trick is to walk under these lights backwards (ie walk up to the light, spin around, and then click "S") and then when it has spun you around to just click "W" or "forward"- you can repeat this process as much as needed to end up on the path you desire (ie. "S" + "W", repeat)
