Based on first generation CL-60 hulls, the newest version of the NL-60 missile cruiser, the NL-60M3, despite not being a frontline ship still proved to be effective against planetary bombardment, anti-pirate warfare and if modified, could transport large amounts of cargo in its protected missile bay.
