The Westly Building does not catch attention, inspire poetry, launch ships, or cause lovers to leap. It makes no promises and has no expectations except to fill a quiet block of a business district with the sound of rustling papers being filed away day after day. With it's midrise glory and demure facade it hopes you do not have lofty expectations as well.
