If you're fast at your 1st run, you can also get this after the ending.
Its best to save at a section, try to solve it then reload to achieve a faster time (Works in the 1st chapter too!).

Note that currently at the time of this writing, this achievement is almost impossible to get due to a bug.
Only 0.6 % of players manage to get this.
Doesn't matter even if you beat it under 25 minutes.

Edit: Fixed at 2nd August 2014. Only for Windows users.
Linux version hasn't being fix.

Pull the last lever at the scene before Alems.

If you mess up, just reload otherwise this achievement cannot be done.

The Mechanic
Take the battery from the car


The car needs a Crowbar from the Hospital, in the toilet. Use it to open the car.
Then use the Spray Oil Can on the BATTERY, not the engine.
Get the Screwdriver in the trash bin at the Metro, use on the Battery and take it.

The Electrician
Why the electronic lock never works?


'Take' out the old busted battery and put in the new one.
Put in the Wires that was found at the telephone booth in the city.
Now talk to Pablo via intercom.

Broken Shovel *Missable*
You can't dig with a broken shovel


Use the Loose Shovel to dig the graves at the wasteland.
This can be missed if you use the Hammer & Nails to fix the Loose Shovel.

To make a Loose Shovel,
Get the Floor Dryer from the hospital at the warehouse,
Get the Shovel from the Metro at the far right.
Go into your inventory and double click on the Floor Dryer and use the 'Action Button'
Then combine the Stick and the Shovel making a Loose Shovel!

The Carpenter
Build an unbreakable shovel


Make the Loose Shovel tight!
Just use the Hammer & Nails on the Loose Shovel.

Thief *Missable*
The road to hell is paved with good intentions


Travel to the House and try to take the Flashlight.
If you informed the lady (Maria) where her boyfriend is, this achievement in unattainable so do this 1st before talking to her!

The Informant
Finding the right guy


Get a picture from Maria at the House, find the patient at the hospital and report back to Maria.

Tomb Raider
Searching for a clue


Dig the last grave after informing Maria (get the Flashlight too!).

Sleeping Candy *Missable*
Not the best type of candy


Go to the 53rd House, talk to the guard to find out he's hungry,hmm...
SAVE 1st!
Use the Syringe with the Sedative, inject it into the Candy (From Pablo's place) and give it to him.

This is missable as the guard will disappear...

Exploding Candy
Are you having an urge?


Load your last save,
Get the Laxative from the Hospital, in the toilet. Use it with the Syringe and inject it into the Candy to give him a break...
You could just not reload but you will waste a dose of Sedative and you have to go to Pablo's place again for another Candy...

Remembering
Discovering who you are


Solve the safe puzzle,

Find the Key in the couch,
Use the Key on drawer and get the password. TOO EASY!

Flier Shoos
Finding a secret message


Get the UV Bulb at the 53rd House and use it on the lamp at Pablo's place.

The Student
Visiting the house of knowledge


Automatically get this as you enter the Faculty.

Usher
I can see in the dark


Automatically get this after you went into the Faculty's lower floor with the Flashlight (At the House after informing Maria).

Grab the Paper (Pi) on the ground near the hero,
Go to lower floor at the left with your Flashlight,
In the darkness, look towards the right for the light switch,
Use the Serum Holder on the fan, it drops a key so grab it,
On the left, press the switch to open the shutter and go through,
Grab the Gloves and go back.
Now, press the 'Action Button' on the shutter switch to grab the key.
Back upstairs, use the Elevator Key to open the left elevator.
Use Gloves on the elevator.
Use the Shutter Key on the switch, it opens a box and the shutters.

Follow the cables through the tunnels to reach almost to the end.
Make sure to SAVE before opening the door for an extra achievement later.
