Description
You want lot of Emblems to pick but find out most mods with lot of Emblem are not able to scroll and there for you cannot pick them and you do not want to use a Complete UI Overhaul to fix this.

This little mod just add a Scrollbar on Emblems. you can put this mod first on load order and should work fine.

Note: all my mods are tested on their own or with my mod collection and load order. Beyond that is not my responsibility with any compatibility issues and I will not fix them for any conflict. Feel free to make a patch.
