BiPolar Blade - a Morrowind artifact

This is a small mod that adds the BiPolar Blade from the Morrowind expansion, Tribunal, into Skyrim.
I have tried to stay true to the design from Tribunal while updating the look for it to fit better into Skyrim.
The meshes and textures are fully made by me, but credit goes to Bethesda for making this crazy detailed weapon in TES:III.

Where to find the blade?
The BiPolar Blade is located in the Midden Dark under the college of Winterhold.
You'll find a chest in the room with the daedric hand (the room where you meet Velehk Sain)
The chest is called the Hlas´ family chest (also a reference to Tribunal).
For the exact location of the chest, check the screenshots.
The chest is locked, but you'll find the key, along with a note that gives some background, on the table in the same room.

The BiPolar blade is slightly stronger than a daedric greatsword.
The sword has two opposite enchantments: It calms and frenzies the target for 15 seconds at the same time.
(the demoralize effect seems to have the upper hand though).
The sword can be upgraded at the grindstone with and ebony and gold ingot.

Modders Modders are free to use the blade (the meshes and the textures) for their own modding projects!
All I ask is credit for my hard work.

Changed the Fear into a Frenzy effect. Thanks jimmybob for pointing that out.
Also added a bit more background story. The chest is now locked! Key and note on the table in the same room.

When watching the sword in the menu, it's displayed nicely instead of laying "flat".
I tweaked the stats slighly as well as the texture.
