Specimen HP Config

Scales spcimen hp from 1 to 6 players. The final hp of the specimens will be the bigger value between the number of living players and the number set in the mutator. Specimen damage is also scaled accordingly so you cannot have 6 man hp specmens dealing 1 man damage.
