the other problem got solved it was locked behind research
I checked the gray origin that comes with NSFV2 (separate from the distant story origin that is from this mod) and it doesn't do the same, it may be because the empire that spawns in the normal galaxy is not removed/destroyed like the NSFV2 gray origin and causes a duplicate empire to remain.
I'm hope that had enough information to help.
What is a replicated empire? Both the origin of NSFV2 and the origin of my mod are AI disabled. If AI uses them, it may lead to prosperity and unification. If not, I need more detailed explanation.
